Let's Talk About Hospice

Let's Talk About Hospice In-Person

Hospice care is compassionate professional care from an interdisciplinary team of experts at end of life. As well as expert medical care, the team also provides care for the whole person and their family and loved ones.  Though it’s a simple concept, there are many myths and misunderstandings that surround it. Join Hospice of Southern Maine (HSM) Community Liaison, Kim Crabill, to learn about hospice care and find out if it’s right for you or a loved one.

This event is free and open to the public; face coverings are optional in Freeport municipal buildings. For general questions or directions to the library, call 207-865-3307 or visit freeportlibrary.com.
