Vermicomposting for Beginners In-Person
***PRE-REGISTRATION DOOR PRIZE: registration is not required to participate, but the first 5 people to sign up will go home with free worms and bins!***
Use worms to compost! Jock Robie of Mainely Worm Bins will teach you everything you need to know about worms and how to have them create rich castings for your garden. Free bins and worms go to the first five people who sign up in advance! If anyone turns down the door prize, it will be offered to the next pre-registered person on the list.
This is the first class in a series of two. Three months from now, Jock will visit the library again as the winners from the first class and other curious folks learn how to harvest their worm castings, expand their worm farm, and overcome common pitfalls.
