Virtual Halloween Parade
You're invited to our spooktacular Virtual Halloween Parade! Show off your most creative, beautiful, and scary costumes. People -- and pets! -- of all ages are welcome to participate. Please email photo submissions to Meghan at mfogg@freeportmaine.com. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, October 29. The library will make a video and share it on our YouTube channel and Facebook page on Halloween morning.
