Turning Towards The Heart: An Autumn Mindfulness Series

Turning Towards The Heart: An Autumn Mindfulness Series In-Person

As the changing season invites us inward, so does the practice of pausing, noticing, and choosing where you place your attention. In this 6-week mindfulness series we will turn towards our own hearts for strength, guidance and healing.

This offering provides teaching, instruction, guided and silent meditation, opportunities for quiet self-reflection and group conversation. Deepen your capacity to listen and lean into the wisdom of your own heart. Receive guidance and support in building inner and outer resources through mindfulness and self-compassion practices, with an emphasis on calming and regulating the nervous system. This series is designed to meet the needs of both those new to mindfulness and meditation as well as seasoned practitioners.

All are welcome. **Registration is required (see below) and we kindly ask that you commit to attend all six classes for the best experience.** For questions or directions to the library, call 207-865-3307.
