Tech Class: Keeping Your Online Accounts Safe

Tech Class: Keeping Your Online Accounts Safe In-Person

This class walks you through the process of creating an online account. We also discuss how to recover your password should you forget it, what the potential issues are for privacy and safety, and how to best navigate those issues.

No devices are required; just bring yourself.

This class is presented by the National Digital Equity Center in Freeport Community Library's sun porch. Free and open to the public with prior registration. Begin by completing online enrollment with the NDEC at digitalequitycenter.org/classes/enroll/. Once enrolled, register for the class at digitalequitycenter.org/classes/class/keeping-your-online-accounts-safe/?instance_id=6190 . We're happy to help sign you up in person.
