Blooming in the Mud: A Mindfulness Series In-Person
Reclaim your attention, cultivate compassion and develop resources for navigating challenging times: all are welcome to sign up for our 4-week mindfulness series Blooming in the Mud. Whether you have prior meditation experience or none at all, there is a place for you to settle in this series.
This series offers insights and instruction into mindfulness meditation and self-compassion practices. These classes will blend a balance of instruction, guided practice, conversation and quiet reflection. The first three classes will focus on developing mindfulness and self-compassion while attending to the habits of our mind, heart and body. The final class will integrate these skills and provide tools to help support a budding or sustained home practice.
**Registration is required (see below) and we kindly ask that you commit to attend all four classes for the best experience.**
This program is free and open to the public and will take place in the FCL Meeting Room.
