Family Yoga In-Person

Join us for an interactive yoga class for children 0-5 (and older!) with their caregivers on Thursday, November 7 from 10:15-10:30, in place of storytime. We will connect to ourselves and each other through partner yoga, breathing, songs, dance, and games to have fun while promoting self-awareness and regulation.

This will be an ongoing program through June, taking place on first Thursdays of select months at the library. (January 1, March 6, May 1, and June 5)

This event is free and open to the public. Yoga mats and props will be provided. There is no sign up required. The library thanks L.L.Bean for sponsoring this event.
